This was the worst business experience of my life.
I signed a Counter Offer on May 16, 2023. Mr. Teylor told me that the buyer was a client of his, and a friend. This proposal was subject to the condition that the buyer/ friend ,Carlos Kintanar Escobar, deliver a bank authorization no later than 15 business days after acceptance of the Counter Offer. This would have been around trust in Mr. Teylor, and in Remax. Before I left for the States Mr. Teylor told me that the sale should be completed by the end of July.
As I learned much later, in November 2023, the buyer never delivered the Bank Credit Letter withing 15 days, nor even within two MONTHS. But Remax and Mr. Teylor never informed me of the fact, never gave me the opportunity to find another buyer.
