We were very blessed to have Raquel helping us look for and find a home to rent. She did the research to find units that fit our expectiations, communicated with us regularly and was always friendly and cheerful. She is very knowledgable, but if she didn't know something would take the time to find out for us. This was our first experience trying to find a place to rent in Mexico, and with her help, the process felt easy.

As someone who is still learning Spanish, having a bilingual agent was a must. Raquel not only communicated efficiently with us, but translated for us as needed. It was very much appreciated. She continuously gave us updates and it made us feel relieved to know that we were always being given up to date info. Once we found the right house, Raquel exceeded our expectations by working with various contractors to ensure the house was ready for us when we moved in. Knowing this was all completed before being to Mexico was such a relief for us. It made the move so much more easy and fluid for us. She kept detailed receipts, took before and after pictures and presented us with an entire report on all the work that had been done. Remax is very lucky to have such an amazing employee working for you.
